Yoga Classes

Pelin’s yoga classes offer a welcoming and supportive space, grounded in a deep understanding of functional anatomy and mindful movement. Each session combines traditional asana practice with pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, creating a balanced experience for body and mind.

You can practice with Pelin through free classes on YouTube, as well as short how-to tutorials and insights on Instagram.

With a medical background, Pelin invites you into a refined yoga experience where movement meets anatomical intelligence. Her teaching fuses traditional practice with modern understanding of the body, offering a deeper and more conscious approach to health and alignment.

Every workshop is thoughtfully curated around a specific anatomical or thematic focus, allowing for depth, clarity, and progressive learning within each practice.

Work with me

I offer anatomy teaching for yoga teacher trainings and workshops, combining medical knowledge with practical, embodied understanding. I have taught anatomy in Yoga Alliance–certified 200-hour teacher trainings, including at Bija Yoga Institute.

If you’re looking to bring a deeper, science-based understanding of the body into your training or studio, you can book me for in-person or online sessions. Sessions available in German, English, Spanish and Turkish.

About me

Hi, I’m Pelin!

I am a medical doctor with a doctoral degree and a certified yoga teacher (RYT-600), based in Málaga, Spain. With a background in medicine and many years of dance, I bring a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and human movement into my teaching.

For me, yoga is more than physical exercise—it is a practice for strength, awareness, and overall well-being.
